Dial *#06# on your device or go to settings > general > about > imei (Please double check the imei is correct before submitting)
What if I submit the wrong IMEI?
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate IMEI number. It is important that you make sure to submit the correct IMEI. There will be NO refund in case of a wrong IMEI submission. DO NOT SEND THE IMEI FROM THE RETAIL BOX. TO FIND CORRECT IMEI, Tap Settings then tap General, tap “About” and scroll down to find “IMEI” or Dial *#06# on your phone.
Why don't you allow cancellations?
Soon after your purchase, we submit the IMEI to a remote server to process your order. We have to pay our supplier and the supplier does not allow any cancellations. This is an all automated system and once the IMEI is in the system there is no way to stop the order. As a result we do not and can not offer any refund or cancellation. However, you would be provided a refund if an unlock code cannot be calculated for your phone.
